I think it's important to show how we use our products
that we sell. Embellishing simple things can turn it into a keepsake.

Hello Friends,
Our favorite book is back in stock...."The French Inspired Home" we love Kaari's work and enjoy having her products in our store. Check out her website http://www.frenchgeneral.com/
Wow, we spent last evening finishing inventory and pricing the rest of Valentine's Day goodies.
We hope to have the store ready by Tuesday, Jan 23 sparkling for our customers.
Our crafting class is Thursday evening the 25th. We are finishing our back room space making it more appealing for us as well as enjoyable for our classes. Thanks to Darcy, Matt and Kip for painting the back of our 10' doors a chalky french gray. Now we need to hang lighting and mirrors to finish our creative space.
Our shipment of Barbara Schriber arrived along with other fav. vendors. Fun! Fun!
We're set to arrive in San Fran Feb 14th. We will be checking out the Gift Show there along with our favorite haunts (Matt & Kara used to live 80 miles east of San Fran). My business partner Darcy will be going along as well, we will have a ball catching up with other store owners there and can't wait to see Mary Hada's showroom! We will be blogging while we there with pics and funny anecdotes.
Best, Kara & Darcy

McMaster & Storm was started by two friends, Kara and Darcy, in the spring of 2005. Prior to starting McMaster & Storm Kara had a store in Turlock, California, Paris Flea Market, and Darcy had a store in Piqua, Ohio, The Clay Pot.
Kara and Darcy found an appealing storefront in downtown Greenville, Ohio (http://downtowngreenville.org/) a small town northwest of Dayton, Ohio. Greenville is the birthplace of Annie Oakley, Little Miss Sureshot, and the downtown is part of the Ohio Main Street Program.
The name of the store, McMaster & Storm, came about by combining two surnames from the store owners' ancestry. McMaster & Storm is a mix of new merchandise and vintage items. The store offerings range from European soaps, linens, and Opinel knives, to antique lighting and furniture pieces.
